Based on Type-II Superlattice technology and linear cryocooler design, the C615H HOT cooled infrared detector features a 640×512 resolution with a 15μm pixel size. While ensuring excellent performance, its focal plane operating temperature is increased to 150 K, delivering outstanding SWaP (small size, light weight, low power consumption) performance. It fully meets market demands for high reliability and low maintenance cost thermal imaging solutions.
