Carbon monoxide (CO) is a common gas in high-temperature metallurgy, petroleum refining, and similar processes. It is colorless, odorless, highly diffusive, and toxic, while traditional gas detection methods often suffer from blind spots and high miss rates.

The LFD330Z7 gas leak infrared detector is designed for CO and gases with similar spectral absorption features, operating in the 4.5–4.7μm spectral band. It supports long-range, non-contact, and visualized leak detection, combining wide-area scanning with precise localization, thereby facilitating efficient inspections, hazard identification, and enhanced industrial safety.
