During carbon capture, power equipment operation, and industrial production, CO₂ leaks not only jeopardize carbon reduction targets but can also cause equipment faults as a result of the long-term accumulation of carbon dioxide. Traditional detection methods are often “invisible, unsafe, and prone to omissions”, making accurate detection challenging.

The LFM330Z6 gas leak detection infrared camera core is developed based on the self-designed LFD330Z6 detector, operating in the 4.2–4.4μm spectral band. Specifically engineered for ultra-low concentration CO₂ leak detection, it enables long-range, non-contact, and visualized monitoring with high sensitivity and intuitive recognition — effectively overcoming the limitations of traditional methods in identifying trace CO₂ leaks.
