LWIR 640 × 512/8μm Ultra-Miniature Uncooled Infrared Camera Core

The iTL608 infrared thermal camera core features an ultra-compact form factor of 13 × 13 × 18.3 mm—approximately the size of a thumb—and weighs only 6.7 g, comparable to the weight of two coins, pushing the limits of lightweight and compact design once again. Equipped with a VOx infrared detector, the 640 × 512/8μm iTL608 delivers a high thermal sensitivity of NETD≤30mK. Operating in the 8–14μm LWIR, it enables precise detection of typical ambient-temperature targets. The core supports a fast startup time of ≤ 6 seconds and frame rates of 30 Hz/50 Hz, while integrated NUC and 3DNR algorithms optimize image uniformity and overall image quality. Designed for reliable operation in demanding environments, the iTL608 functions across a wide temperature range of –40°C to +70°C, making it well suited for handheld devices other portable platforms, addressing application needs in security surveillance, temperature measurement, and night vision.
